We partner with global enterprises, technology leaders and strategic investors across semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, logistics and trade.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Business Strategy Manager to support founders and senior leadership across strategy, planning, semiconductor ecosystem engagement, and high-impact commercial initiatives. This role is ideal for a consulting-grade strategic thinker who can operate confidently across complex technical domains, including semiconductor supply chains, data products, and multi-stakeholder global partnerships.Our flagship solution, Conductor™, is the industry’s first intelligence layer for the semiconductor supply chain, developed in partnership with SEMI and the SCM Industry Advisory Council, and launched at events across Asia, Europe and North America.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild high-quality decks, briefs and strategic documents, including investor presentations, partner packs, Conductor™ materials, commercial proposals and follow-up notes.Translate complex semiconductor supply chain concepts and Conductor™ capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives for partners, executives and investors.Prepare pilot proposals and strategic presentations for leading semiconductor manufacturers, OEMs, tier-1 suppliers and government partners.Work closely with founders on strategic planning, prioritisation and cross-functional alignment for Conductor™ and the Beebolt OS ecosystem.Drive special projects requiring strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving and business judgment.Collaborate with product, commercial and operations teams to ensure execution alignment across Conductor™ feature development, partnership requirements and go-to-market initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, EY, Strategy &, Kearney or similar).Exceptional storytelling, structured communication and deck-building capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a highly structured approach.Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing projects independently with high ownership.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Motivated to apply strategic consulting expertise in a fast paced startup environment.What We OfferA dynamic, high-impact role working directly with founders and senior executives.Exposure to global partners, investors and strategic initiatives.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a brief cover letter explaining why you are the  ideal candidate for this role.Join our mission to build the future of global trade technology
