Title: Social Media ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid) 3x Per Week, LondonEmployment Type: Full-timeWe are seeking a Social Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of social activity for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of platform best practices, a proactive approach to community management, and the ability to translate insights into meaningful actions.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day publishing across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and XDevelop and implement platform-specific social media plans that support client objectivesCoordinate creation of content with internal teams and external partnersWrite engaging, on-brand copy tailored to each channelMonitor and respond to community interactions in a timely and appropriate mannerTrack performance metrics and compile regular reports with clear insights and recommendationsIdentify trends, opportunities, and emerging platform features to keep clients ahead of the curveSupport influencer activations and paid social campaigns where requiredRequirements:3+ years experience in a social media manager/executive role (agency experience beneficial)Strong understanding of social platform algorithms, formats, and cultureExcellent written communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projectsConfident using analytics tools and interpreting dataCollaborative mindset and strong organisational skillsSUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
