School of Business and LawLocation: Brighton - Moulsecoomb Salary: £27,319 to £30,378 per annum Closing Date: Sunday 07 December 2025 Reference: BU5025-25-263Are you interested in working as a Course Administrator supporting our staff and students in the School of Business and Law?  If so, then we would love to hear from youWorking with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities.This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams.  You will also provide a friendly and efficient reception service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.To Be Successful In This Role You Should HaveExperience of delivering a broad range customer-focussed enquiry and support servicesExperience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely The ability to handle data across various systemsWork proactively to ensure effective service delivery The ability to use Microsoft Office computer programs to a high standard This post is a full time (37.0 hours per week) permanent position, on our Moulsecoomb Campus and we welcome applications from candidates looking to job share. In return, the University offers a competitive salary with generous pension contributions, flexible working hours with opportunities for some remote working, and a comprehensive annual leave package that includes time off over Christmas.
