Position: Business Support Lead Location: Unit 9, Seymour Park, 2 Seymour Avenue, Kingston 6Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Contract Type:  Full-time, In Office The Business Support Lead ensures that ROIC’s operations, projects, and executive functions are managed using a Result-Based Management (RBM) approach, linking activities to measurable outputs, outcomes, and impacts. This role supports the CEO in coordinating high-value projects, managing client and consultant interfaces, ensuring operational efficiency, and tracking organisational performance through data and evidence. The incumbent will bridge strategy, technology, and execution, providing both executive support and project management leadership to ensure the firm’s strategic goals are realised.Functional and Technical Competencies ·       Result-Based Management & Strategic Alignment:Understands and applies RBM concepts: logic models, performance frameworks, KPIs, and learning loops. Supports integration of ROIC frameworks (VECTOR™, ARALS™, ACTIF™, SRS™) into client and internal projects. Translates strategy into measurable operational actions.·       Project & Proposal Management:Skilled in preparing technical and financial proposals for bids and tenders. Maintains a project implementation tracker, risk log, and performance dashboard. Familiar with Agile project management and continuous improvement cycles.·       Digital Fluency:Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management platforms (learn about Trello, Asana, Cascade). Able to troubleshoot minor tech issues and liaise with vendors or IT teams. Supports digital transformation initiatives and staff software onboarding. ·       Communication & Executive Writing:Crafts concise, polished, and professional communications for internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrates flawless grammar, spelling, and formatting. Represents the CEO and ROIC brand with discretion and diplomacy.·       Operational Leadership:Manages office operations, procurement, and logistics with attention to cost efficiency and compliance. Supervises support staff and ensures adherence to administrative policies.
