Business System Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (Workday – Finance or HR Domain)Location: RemoteType: Long-Term ContractAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Finance or Human Resources, and hands-on expertise in Workday implementation. The selected candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure successful Workday deployments aligned with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Analyze and design process and system improvements.Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture needs and present solutions.Implement and configure Workday Finance or HR modules.Develop use cases, workflows, and functional specifications.Support UAT, regression testing, and end-user training.Maintain documentation and ensure timely project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance/HR.Proven expertise in Workday system implementations.Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.If this aligns with your background and interests, please reply with your updated resume, expected hourly rate, and availability for discussion.
