Business Transformation Supervisor

The Business Transformation Supervisor will lead and manage business transformation initiatives with a specialized focus on designing and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that drive organizational change and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in a transformation-driven environment, project management, and business analysis.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Business Transformation team to understand and translate business transformation goals into technology requirements.Design technology solutions that align with the organization's transformation objectives and broader business goals.Develop technology roadmap to support business transformation efforts.Partner with cross-functional teams, ensuring technology solutions support both current transformation initiatives and future scalability.Define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with transformation strategies.Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet requirements for scalability, security, and reliability during and after transformation phases.Assess emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the organization's transformation journey.Provide guidance to technical teams, supporting the development and implementation of transformation-driven technology solutions.Effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives.Position Specifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.3-5 years of experience in s experience in solution architecture or a related fieldExperience with software development and system integration. Knowledge of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, and microservices architecture Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or any ERP system Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Good to have:Certification in solution architecture or a related fieldExperience with Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience in a regulated industry such as healthcare, financial services or government sector.
