Whether you are trying to relax on a villa by the water, or zip line 90 feet up throughout the island, opportunity for fun and enjoyment is available everywhere you look.Job DescriptionResponsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, supporting waitstaff and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for setting and cleaning tables, ensuring they are clean and properly arranged for incoming guests. This includes removing dirty dishes, polishing silverware, and resetting tables.Assist waitstaff by delivering food and drinks, refilling beverages, and helping with additional needs during service.Maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping floors, mopping, wiping down menus and ensuring that side stations are stocked and organized.Practice Full hands in/Full hands out.Change sanitizing buckets every two hours or as necessary.Move tables and chairs to adjust floor plans for larger group sizes.Keep all trash cans in the service area clean and empty.Prioritize and complete all assigned side work and station setup for maximum productivity and efficiency.Complete required and ongoing training for the position.Assist management in training new Staff Members within the department when applicable.Ensure a harassment-free environment through proper personal conduct.Respond appropriately in emergency situations to avoid danger to self, Staff Members, and Guests; always remain calm.Understand, comply with, and enforce all company policies and procedures.Adhere to responsible alcohol service established by company policy.Understand and utilize all safety and sanitation practices as defined in the safety program; report any accidents.Performs other related duties as assigned or as directed.
