Our goal is to be the best every day in both taste and service quality. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Butcher, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Butcher will be responsible for daily tasks such as meat processing, handling poultry and seafood, and ensuring quality control of all products. The Butcher will also be required to provide excellent customer service, maintaining hygiene standards, and properly storing and organizing products. Qualifications Proficiency in Butchery, Poultry, and Seafood handling skillsExperience in Meat Processing techniques and quality controlStrong Customer Service skillsAttention to detail and ability to maintain hygiene standardsGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPrevious experience in a similar role is an advantageA high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred
