Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategies for Select brand and Acquired Brand management of the Extra Area, covering product selection, pricing, gross sales, sales areas, product inspection, and sales promotion.Analyze key data to support policy formulation, business plans, and market positioning for buying and merchandising, ensuring alignment with market trends and target customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to secure sustainable business benefits and effective buying and merchandising alignment.Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to establish strategies for product management, development, and effective merchandising.Monitor and analyze sales performance to achieve divisional targets.Oversee shelf organization, product presentation, and visual merchandising to ensure consistency with the store’s image and attract target customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective operations.QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in buying and merchandising extra areaStrong knowledge of business trends, market dynamics, and product management.Experience in Extra Area in Retail Business will be considered an advantage.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Prefer Candidate Experience in Fashion Category
