Indirect Sourcing & Operations Manager

📍 Location: Sun Towers, Chatuchak Are you ready to shape strategic sourcing for one of the world’s most recognized brands? As our MGS Commercial Indirect Sourcing & Operations Manager, you’ll lead category strategy and operations across multiple Mars segments — from Petcare to Confectionery — driving sustainable value creation, cost optimization, and supplier excellence. You’ll connect global strategies with local execution, partnering with regional leaders to unlock growth and efficiency across North and Southeast Asia.What You’ll DoAs our Indirect Sourcing & Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Develop and execute annual sourcing plans for assigned categories, driving P&L savings, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements across all segments.Partner with APMEA Regional Sourcing Managers to ensure NSEA market insights are represented in global and regional sourcing strategies.Manage supplier relationships and negotiations with local and regional partners to ensure cost, quality, and delivery excellence.Lead stakeholder engagement across business units — including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance — to align sourcing priorities with business needs.Ensure compliance with Mars Commercial Guide and implement risk management practices through robust contracts and governance processes.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who has:Relevant Experience – 8+ years in indirect category management or strategic sourcing within FMCG or multinational environments.Key Skills – Proven expertise in negotiation, supplier relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and sourcing strategy development.Soft Skills – Strong business acumen, agility, and leadership presence to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders.Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; fluency in English required.Why Work at Mars?At Mars, we offer more than just a job – we offer a career with a purpose and great perks!
