Buyer - Storage & Equipment

Key Roles and Responsibilities:Analyse important data to support setting up policies, plans, directions, and market positions for overall buying and merchandising to ensure alignment with market needs and target groups.Set up strategies for product development and management, including standards for product selection, pricing, gross sales, sale areas, product examination, and sales promotion, to enhance product management following international standards, differentiate products from competitors, develop competitive pricing, and achieve maximum profitability.Plan to build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to strengthen business partnerships and ensure alignment in buying and merchandising operations.Evaluate market trends and competitor situations, including analyzing target customer data and competitive landscapes, to establish effective strategies for product management, buying, and merchandising.Develop and improve product management systems to ensure operational efficiency in line with organizational needs and current market conditions.Monitor and analyze gross sales performance to achieve divisional goals.Oversee shelf organization, product presentation, and visual merchandising in line with store image to attract target customers.Coordinate with related functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure strong performance and readiness for future growth.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a related field.Background in Product Storage & Equipment Category will be given special consideration.
