Group Procurement Project Manager – Non-fish & Indirect ProcurementLocation: GlobalFunction: Group Non-fish & Indirect ProcurementReports to: Global Procurement PMO & Responsible Sourcing LeadTravel Required: YesLanguage: English (Proficient)Thai Union Group is seeking a Group Procurement Project Manager to lead strategic procurement projects and deliver best-in-class practices across our global operations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Define milestones, timelines, and budgets for critical procurement projects.Develop project charters, detailed plans, and progress reports to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Project Execution:Lead implementation of tenders and procurement initiatives across business units and categories.Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with Thai Union’s procurement roadmap.Collaboration & Governance:Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve roadblocks.Participate in procurement-related processes (spend enrichment, reporting) and strategic activities related to Sonar deliverables.Key Goals:Deliver 100% of assigned projects on time and within budget.Maximize savings through effective tender execution.Ensure alignment with Thai Union’s global procurement strategy.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in project management, ideally within procurement or supply chain.Strong understanding of procurement processes and methodologies.Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work across global functions and business units.
