Buyer Indirect Procurement

As a Buyer, managing Indirect Procurement in a global cybersecurity organisation, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies across a range of indirect spend categories, including HR, Legal, Finance, Consulting, Marketing, Facilities, and Corporate Services. Your role is critical in ensuring value-driven sourcing while supporting business functions with cost-effective, compliant, and agile supplier solutions. Qualifications:• Previous experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, ideally in a shared services or multinational environment. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPS, ISM) advantageous but not essential • Excellent analytical and reporting skills. • Familiarity with contract review, supplier onboarding, and basic financial or commercial terms. • Understanding of procurement compliance, supplier risk, and ethical sourcing practices. • Experience using eSourcing tools and ERP systems preferred, but not essential. • Experience in working a global matrix organisations, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional procurement operations, cross-border contracting, and localisation of sourcing strategies. • Familiarity with cybersecurity, information security in supplier onboarding and contract negotiation desirable but not essential. • Prior exposure to global procurement operations or working with international stakeholders is preferred.
