Job DetailsDescriptionAbout usThe Cabin Agent plays a vital role in ensuring aircraft cabins are cleaned, sanitized, and fully restocked to meet airline, company, and regulatory standards. Assigned to support various airlines, this position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different aircraft and operational needs. The role ensures each aircraft is ready for passenger boarding and on-time departures by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLift and carry cleaning equipment, cleaning trays, and cases of supplies to service the aircraft.Conduct interior searches and security inspections of aircraft in compliance with TSA, FAA, and company requirements.Perform detailed cabin cleaning, including:Wiping tray tables, windows, and armrestsVacuuming carpets and seating areasMopping galley floorsCleaning lavatories and emptying receptaclesRemove all trash and dispose of it in designated containers.Restock food, beverages, magazines, pillows, blankets, and other cabin supplies according to airline specifications.Conduct visual sweeps of aircraft to ensure no items are left behind; report and return lost items to the proper authority.Load supplies onto service trucks, return unused items to storage, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the supply room..Monitor and maintain supply inventory to support continuous operations.Provide professional and courteous service to crew members, flight attendants, and passengers when approached.Arrive punctually to assigned shifts and workstations to support on-time departures.Other duties as assignedKey QualificationsMust possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.Previous airport, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred.Ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to interact professionally with employees, passengers, clients, and regulatory personnel.Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs.), bend, push, and pull for extended periods.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and in high-noise airport environments.Flexibility to work across multiple posts and adapt to sudden operational changes.Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to high service and safety standards.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
