The Cake Decorator will specialize in designing and decorating cakes and other baked goods. Responsibilities include creating custom designs, ensuring high-quality presentation, assisting in the preparation and baking of cakes and cookies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Interacting with customers to discuss design preferences and ensuring their satisfaction is also important for this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Cake Decorating and knowledge of creative techniquesSkills in Baking, including preparing cakes, cookies, and other baked goodsExperience in Customer Service, including understanding client needs and offering recommendationsAttention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a bakery or similar role is advantageous
