Call Center Agent with Tele-sales Experience

The Tele-Sales Agent is expected to achieve daily and month-on-month daily target.Responsibilities include contacting, discussing and explaining about detailed offerings of the product. The role also includes initial facilitation of the loan booking and scheduling to ensure the customers convenience.The Tele-Sales Agent will be expected to also coordinate with other dependencies in order to achieve the target set by the organization.The Agent reports directly to the Senior Top Up Officer.Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
