Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, offering excellent support and resolving customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include providing timely and accurate information, updating customer records, handling complaints, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. The representative will work closely with other team members to ensure that customer issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
