Pelicen Inc. is currently seeking an ambitious, proactive, self-motivated and target driven Outbound Sales Agents. We specialize in teaching beginner-advanced candidates how to build a secondary or primary income via the financial market through our technology solutions. We have a fantastic and driven team, made up some of the best in the industry with a wealth of experience. As an Outbound Sales Agent you will play a crucial role within the Forex Trading onboarding process. All leads have opted in to hear about the companys wide range of trading education programs.Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Be Limited To)Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or serviceHunt for business opportunities through a high volume (100-150+ calls per day) of outbound activity in a metric-driven sales processBeing knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business and the market trendsProvide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous mannerSolicit sales, provide information about products and services, or handle complaintsAsk questions to understand customer requirements and close salesGo the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesGathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to productsNegotiating and closing sales and establishing new customer accountsA minimum of at least 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound salesWe accept newbies with Customer Service experience in other industrySelf-starter with a sale hunter mentalityHighly coachableAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsAbility to use Sales CRM toolsExcellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsExcellent Telephone MannerStrong Organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently with little or no supervisionCool tempered and able to handle rejectionsHigh degree of professionalism, with a confident and assertive styleWilling to work onsite from Monday to Friday from 12:00nn to 9:00pm shift
