About The TeamThe Campaign Programmes team identifies opportunities to improve platform performance through structured programmes, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualise, implement, and optimise initiatives aligned with Shopee’s broader business objectives.The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and a data-driven mindset. They should be comfortable analysing performance trends, translating insights into actionable initiatives, and driving cross-functional execution to deliver measurable business impact.Job DescriptionConceptualise and develop platform-level programmes that support Shopee’s broader business objectives.Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of initiatives.Assist in full-cycle campaign project management; hands-on execution, monitoring, and reportingReal-time monitoring of programme performance through various metrics and analysis, evaluating impact, and identifying optimisation opportunities.Translate performance insights into actionable improvements and data-driven recommendations to stakeholdersRequirementsRelevant work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Media Planning, or other related fields, is preferredBachelor’s Degree in Business/ Marketing or other relevant field of studies from a reputable university - Candidates with no/ less than 1 year of experience are welcome to applyExcellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skillsHighly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlinesWilling to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilitiesComfortable working with numbers, analytical, and sharpStrong problem-solver with ability to translate insights into actionable next stepsTeam player, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
