Leading ambitious changes and making a positive impact in the lives of our employees, the People Team is a crucial and rewarding part of the Agoda family.The OpportunityJoin the Campus Team as a Campus Recruiter on a 5-month contract, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future talent by sourcing and hiring top intern candidates from various educational institutions.In This Role, You'll Get ToDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top intern talent.Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.Plan and manage a calendar of hiring events and career fairs, promoting your company’s opportunities.What You'll Need To SucceedFresh graduates are welcome to applyHighly effective organization skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers.Proficiency in planning and managing recruitment events and preparing marketing materials.It’s Great if You Have1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, preferably with a focus on campus recruiting.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
