Thalēs Capital PartnersNew York City | Hybrid (4-5 days in-office)Position OverviewThalēs Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional to join our New York team as a Sales & Business Support Associate. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow at the intersection of alternative investments, sales, and technology.As part of our collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our capital-raising activities and ensuring operational excellence across the firm. You will work closely with senior leadership to manage internal systems, support manager and investor engagement, maintain our digital platforms, and help integrate the latest AI technologies into our workflows. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces technology, and is excited to learn about alternative investment strategies across hedge funds, private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesSupport all capital-raising and sales operations, including CRM maintenance (HubSpot), data integrity, investor list management, and workflow optimization.Assist with the administration and maintenance of Agora, our online investor-facing manager portal, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and accurate materials.Use and help scale the firm’s suite of AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) across research, reporting, automation, and process improvement.Generate research and prepare materials on alternative investment managers, strategies, markets, and investors.Collaborate with senior team members on meeting preparation, follow-up, and pipeline management.Support the build-out of dashboards and analytics through Notion, Mixpanel, Google tools, and other platforms.Participate in marketing tasks, document organization, compliance preparation, and ongoing operational workflows.Contribute to ad hoc special projects, process enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives that support firmwide growth.RequirementsExperience: 0–3 years in operations, finance, data management, sales support, or a related field.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Business, Data Science, or similar disciplines).Technical Skills:Proficiency with Google Suite and spreadsheet tools.Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, xAI Grok).Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus) and workflow tools (Notion, slack, etc).Knowledge Base: Interest in alternative investments (hedge funds, private credit, private equity, infrastructure) with a willingness to learn.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Mindset: Organized, tech-savvy, detail-driven, proactive, and eager to grow.Location: Must reside in the New York metro area.Preferred QualitiesHighly adaptable with a strong sense of ownership.Enjoys using technology and AI to solve problems and automate processes.Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.Strong project-management instincts with the ability to multitask.Curious, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning.Compensation & BenefitsThalēs offers a competitive compensation and benefits package for early-career professionals.Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based bonus.Salary range is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
