Your role is to ensure loads are successfully built, sourced, and moved efficiently while keeping communication lines open with all stakeholders.We want you to hit the ground running. That’s why we provide the tools and guidance you need to excel in this role. To thrive, you should be detail-oriented, proactive in solving problems, and confident in your ability to work independently. You’ll follow our established processes and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.Your main goal is to source carriers, build loads, and manage all aspects of load movement, contributing to the overall success of our operations.What you will be doing:Build loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS)Source and negotiate rates with carriers that meet the company’s requirementsPost loads on various load boards to secure carriersProvide regular updates to customers and brokers regarding load statusesTroubleshoot any issues that arise during the transportation processManage customer relationship management (CRM) data to ensure accurate recordsMinimum requirements:3 years of experience in a Carrier Support role at a freight brokerageStrong understanding of the freight brokerage process and load boardsAbility to work independently and troubleshoot issues with minimal supervisionFluent in English, with clear and professional phone communication skillsA reliable internet connection for remote workBenefits:Schedule: US Central Time, Monday to FridayUS Federal Holidays offSalary: USD 1,500 per monthBonus: 13th-month salary in DecemberFully remote position, allowing you to work from home
