The role is key in driving product planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and category profitability.Key Responsibilities:Lead merchandising planning & forecasting (demand, annual plans, gross contribution).Drive pricing, promotion & markdown strategies to maximize margins.Manage product portfolio & new product development.Oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting.Partner with sales & retail ops teams to improve channel & store productivity.Contribute to policy updates, training, and people development.What We’re Looking For:5–8 years of relevant experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments.Strong category management & analytical ability.Skills in customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration.
