Job DescriptionTraining ConsultantPosting Title: Training ConsultantTeam: Customer Success Learning and DevelopmentPrimary Location hub-based (Pune)Travel: NoJob SummaryAs a Training Consultant, you play a critical role in driving client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, relevant learning experiences that empower clients to maximize the value of NIQ data. Your work directly supports associate performance by upskilling team members. Through effective training delivery and collaboration, you contribute to key business outcomes, including improved client retention, operational efficiency, and the successful rollout of new initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDelivers interactive software and analytic virtual training to local and international clients in English and local language using pre-defined global curriculum as a base Answers questions during the sessions Works with local teams to localize training where needed Delivers training to internal associates based on defined internal Academy content Achieves agreed training satisfaction scores Assists in the maintenance of basic digital content such as Job Aids and Report Guides Communicates regularly and proactively with team members in multiple time zones through appropriate channels such as e-mail, TEAMS, collaboration using comments etc Ensures all tracking mechanisms are kept up to date Qualifications And ExperienceBachelors Degree 1+ year of experience in a corporate setting Mastery and practical usage of written and verbal English in a corporate setting Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Experience delivering presentations or training in a virtual environment Proactive problem-solving and resourcefulness Adaptability to diverse audiences and learning needs Commitment to continuous improvement and feedback Knowledge of NIQ data (RMS and/or CPS) and Discover is preferred.
