SCHEDULE: Office hours are primarily weekdays 8am-5pm, but responsibilities may occasionally require additional hours and flexibility, including evenings and weekends.POSITION DESCRIPTION:Work closely with the Assistant to the DeanProvide administrative support for numerous staff, faculty, and the DeanPlace orders, process POs, and check requestsManage multiple department credit cards and budget accountsAnswer phones and respond to emails accordinglyGreet students and visitorsMaintain supplies, distribute mail and packagesSubmit work orders to facilities, I.T. and conference and events.Update classrooms excel sheet schedules each semesterAssist with biweekly newslettersProcess paperwork for hiring student workers and paying musiciansAssist with Graduation and other eventsQUALIFICATIONS:LeTourneau University seeks a person with an enthusiastic and contagiousChristian faith committed to Christian higher education that integrates Christian faith withlearning.College diploma is preferred. Office experience is highly preferred. The successful candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and an unwavering commitment to the confidentiality of student and faculty information.
