You will be responsible for coordinating the organisation’s quality framework, contract management, and compliance systems to ensure Centacare FNQ continues to meet and exceed legislative, funding, and accreditation requirements.The role provides scope to influence organisational improvement and drive system-wide excellence, working closely with senior managers, directors, and operational teams across multiple service areas.You will bring a strong understanding of quality management principles, risk and compliance frameworks, and sector standards, combined with a passion for supporting continuous improvement and a culture of accountability and learning.What You’ll EnjoyCentacare FNQ offers an environment where your expertise is valued, and your professional growth is supported:Attractive Remuneration Structure: Full time, 38 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements available.Salary Packaging: Up to $15,900 per year to increase your take-home pay (superannuation may be paid in addition, subject to ATO limits).Generous Leave Package: Five weeks annual leave, plus the option to purchase up to two additional weeks each year.Gift Day: Enjoy an additional paid day off following Boxing Day if it falls on your usual workday.Professional Development: Tailored leadership development, peer collaboration opportunities, and access to sector training.Values-Based Culture: Join a supportive, mission-driven organisation that prioritises wellbeing, inclusion, and community impact.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesIn This Dynamic And Influential Role, You WillQuality and Compliance CoordinationManage the administration of quality systems, policies, procedures, and organisational registers.Identify opportunities for improvement and support service areas to strengthen compliance and efficiency.Ensure documentation, processes, and reporting systems are up to date and meet all quality and legislative requirements.Work collaboratively across departments to promote best practice and information accessibility.Policy, Compliance and Quality AssuranceCoordinate the development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures.Oversee internal and external audit processes, quality assurance checks, and data reporting requirements.Provide professional advice and guidance to staff and management regarding compliance obligations and quality standards.Contract ManagementMaintain a comprehensive contract management matrix in collaboration with senior leaders.Support tender and grant processes by coordinating documentation, tracking compliance requirements, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.Provide ongoing oversight and reporting on contract performance, outcomes, and deliverables.Leadership, Support and DevelopmentMentor and support staff to build capacity in quality and compliance practices.Deliver training and reflective learning opportunities that promote continuous improvement.Contribute to workforce planning and development strategies that align with organisational priorities.Reporting and GovernancePrepare high-level reports for the Executive Leadership Team and Board, providing insight into compliance performance, risk, and quality improvements.Utilise contemporary data systems and reporting tools to monitor outcomes and inform decision-making.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will DemonstrateExtensive experience in implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS).Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, sector standards, and community service quality requirements.Experience managing contracts, audits, and tender processes in a complex organisational environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports and documentation.Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Quality, Compliance, or Community Services (or equivalent experience).Current driver’s licence, National Police Check, NDIS Screening Card and Blue Card (Working with Children).
