By investing in modern technologies, governance frameworks, and workforce capability, NSW Health is proactively addressing the evolving cyber threat landscape to safeguard critical health services and patient data.About The OpportunityAs a Change Lead supporting the Cyber Security Uplift Program, you will play a critical role in managing organisational change across NSW Health. You will lead change strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.In This Role, You WillProvide leadership and coaching to project teams to identify and manage operational change for staff.Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration and influence outcomes.Provide expert advice on change impacts of proposed solutions, workflows, and functionality.Support Local Health District (LHD) change managers in identifying risks, mitigating resistance, and developing high-quality change and adoption resources.Attend key change events and contribute to planning and execution.Perform other duties as reasonably required.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has strong demonstrated experience managing medium-to-large organisational change in an enterprise environment. Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience across all levels. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Psychology, Change Management, or related discipline. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
