Headquartered in Singapore, we have settled filiales in China, Morocco, German, Australia, Brazil, South Africa, USA, and continues to be a globally expanding group.Our Core Business: 61 Global Dry Bulk Freight61 Industrial Projects Logistics & Renewable Energy Supply Chain Innovation For more information, you may check our website:************ Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Development 61 Systematically learn the fundamentals of international shipping and dry bulk markets, including vessel types, cargoes, trade routes, and freight rate trends, to progressively master core skills in vessel operations and chartering business, such as the key terms and operational procedures of a Charter Party.Vessel Operations Support 61 Assist senior chartering managers with vessel scheduling and voyage planning. 61 Monitor and follow up on port operations for loading and discharge, ensuring timely and accurate information flow. 61 Participate in the collection and organization of vessel operational data to provide decision-making support for the team.Market Intelligence Gathering 61 Track and compile dry bulk market information, including freight rates, supply/demand dynamics, and port conditions. 61 Learn to analyze market trends to support the team in chartering negotiations and business decisions.Chartering Business Assistance 61 Assist in preparing charter party documents and monitor their execution, helping to resolve operational issues that arise, ensuring terms align with company interests. 61 Learn and participate in supporting chartering negotiations, including tasks such as quoting, contract drafting, and communication/coordination.Cross-departmental Communication 61 Maintain effective communication with internal departments (e.g., Business, Finance, Port Agents) to ensure the smooth execution of voyages. 61 Learn to build professional relationships with external partners such as shipowners, cargo owners, and agents.Career Development 61 Under the guidance of a mentor, gradually assume independent responsibility for specific chartering and operational tasks. 61 Grow into a professional capable of independently managing voyages and participating in chartering negotiations. Key QualificationsExcellent Communication Skills & Logical Thinking Provide Effective Cross-functional Communication & Collaboration, Support business decision making and problem solving.Fast learning & Data Analysis Skills Able to rapidly acquire knowledge of shipping markets, charter party terms, and operational procedures, collect and analyze vessel operational data and market intelligence.Familiar with international shipping regulations, market dynamics, and chartering principles.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Logistics, Shipping, and related fields, or relevant 1-3 years work experienceFluent in English
