Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:1. Conduct screening and outreach for domestic and international asset management products based on investment research and advisory product strategies, and establish product selection mechanisms and processes;2. Perform due diligence on third-party financial products, manage product listing, and participate in ongoing performance evaluations;3. Adjust product requirements in a timely manner according to product strategy and performance;4. Build and maintain cooperative relationships with overseas third-party asset management firms and other financial product providers;5. Lead engagement and commercial negotiations with various partners required for overseas market business rollout, and maintain a healthy and sustainable partnership ecosystem.Requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, management, mathematics, or a related field; preferred candidates with relevant academic background.2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in connecting with asset management products, both domestically and internationally; familiar with overseas asset management firms, their product offerings, and ecosystem.3.English is the working language; excellent spoken and written English skills required. English speakers or those with overseas study or work experience are preferred.4.Self-motivated, logical thinker, with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
