What You'll Be DoingEngage with customers through chat, provide prompt and accurate responses to a wide range of inquiriesDemonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer needsDocument interactions and follow up on actions in a timely mannerCollaborate with team members to share best practices and identify opportunities for process improvementsMaintain a thorough understanding of Telco products, services, and policies to provide customers with reliable informationContribute to the achievement of key performance indicators and customer satisfaction goalsWhat We're Looking ForHS/SHS GRAD + Open to all segment, WITHOUT or WITH BPO experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Telco industry-CHAT SUPPORTStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic supportExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiriesProficiency in English, both written and verbalFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entryAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities
