Principal Responsibilities Ensure that all International and Domestic Cheque payments are processed in line with the Central Bank guidelines including all HSBC policies.Ensure sufficient oversight on the back-end processing with the Global Service Centers (GSC) teams and develop good working relationships with the support functions.Inform and influence the decision making of senior leadership by use of management information, business performance information, analytics, forums and stakeholder feedback.Should have a very strong passion towards delivering world class customer experience.Seek continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations.Be responsible for meeting operational risk targets, managing the risk and control environment and maintaining and observing all HSBC control standards including implementation of internal and external audit recommendations.Leading and mentoring the team to ensure daily operations are carried out in an efficient manner while proving feedback for staff development.Requirements Applicable for Sri Lankan nationals only.Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Professional qualification (full/part) from a recognized institute.Prior experience in managing processes pertaining to Sri Lankan Cross Border and Domestic payments or in Banking and Finance will be an added advantageStrong analytical and interpersonal skills.Strong Leadership and stakeholder management skillsClosing Date: 20 November 2025Interviews/assessments will be scheduled starting from the day following the closing date, subject to confirmation.
