Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Ensure adherence to Maison standards and policies. Attend to housekeeping activities, including cleaning, villa setup, and turndown service. Ensure that all guest villas and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor for timely replenishment. Attend ongoing training and development provided by the Maison focusing on best practices in cleaning techniques, guest interaction, and safety procedures. Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence. Advise and address guest requests, concerns, and feedback in a timely and courteous manner.
