H. Savy Insurance Co. Ltd (HSI) is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join the Corporate Reinsurance department team in the position of Principal. Summary of DutiesAnalyze insurance policies and apply the appropriate reinsurance coveragesMaintain accurate and up-to-date reinsurance recordsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policiesCoordinate with underwriters, actuaries and other insurance professionals to ensure accurate and timely application of reinsurancePrepare and present reinsurance reports and statisticsResolve any discrepancies or issues regarding reinsurance contractsLead employees under direct supervision to meet the Company’s expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment.

Attends and assists all customers with the full range of products and services on offer. Organizes and attends meetings with corporate clients whenever required. Performs any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Manager/ Assistant Manager. Requirements (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities)Proven experience in a similar role in the insurance or reinsurance industryStrong understanding of insurance and reinsurance contracts and practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret complex dataStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsDegree in Business Administration /Management/Insurance/Law or any other relevant qualifications.
