Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandaluyong for a Chief Accountant. The Chief Accountant will oversee and manage the financial operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. Responsibilities include budget planning, preparing financial forecasts, monitoring expenditures, and conducting audits to ensure accuracy and integrity in financial records. The role also includes managing the accounting team and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and transparency. Qualifications CPA board passer with relevant managerial experienceStrong accounting and financial management expertise, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingProficiency in tools and systems related to financial analysis and accounting softwareLeadership and organizational skills to manage an accounting team effectivelyAttention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent analytical skillsFirm understanding of tax regulations, compliance standards, and auditing principlesProven experience working in a similar role, particularly in non-profit or humanitarian organizations, is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
