We focus on value-add and opportunistic investments across a wide range of asset classes, with a strong emphasis on Real Estate and Technology.Job DescriptionThe Finance and Accounting Assistant supports the finance team by helping with financial reporting, record-keeping, and accounting tasks. This role ensures accurate financial records and smooth operations for month-end and year-end processes.  Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports and analyses.  Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.  Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.  Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.  Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team.  Participate in special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.  Such other tasks as may be reasonably connected to finance and accounting requirements and needs of the company.   Required Qualifications: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field from a reputable university. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role. Experience with basic accounting functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting is preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar). Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Salary RangePhp. 25,000.00 to Php. 27,000.00Working Schedule and Working Condition:· Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.· Onsite work
