𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Develop and execute the long term growth roadmap, leading new market entry, unit development, and evaluating strategic partnerships or acquisitions to accelerate national/international expansion. • Drive significant improvement in EBITDA margins through oversight and optimization of operations, supply chain, procurement, and IT. Implement data-driven KPIs for performance, COGS, and labor. • Partner with marketing and culinary teams to elevate the luxury brand positioning, ensuring consistent, high-touch customer service, and driving innovation in service models and technology. • Cultivate a high-performance culture and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment to execute the unified business strategy.𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership, including 5+ years in a Senior role within a premium, multi-unit 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 group or comparable brand. • Proven track record of scaling a business from significant regional presence to a national chain. • Exceptional financial acumen specific to restaurant unit economics, lease negotiation, capital expenditure planning for new openings, and sophisticated cost control. • Experience operationalizing luxury concepts, including implementing high-quality service standards and leveraging guest data analytics.
