The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack software development, hands-on coding expertise, and proven leadership experience in delivering end-to-end software solutions.This role requires someone who can guide development teams, act as the point of contact for all engineering activities, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple technologies and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage software development activities from initial design through final delivery.Serve as the technical point of contact (POC) for developers and stakeholders.Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor development teams.Drive engineering excellence across applications built using Angular, Python, Java, and basic .NET components.Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define and deliver scalable solutions.Utilize AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, and S3 for deployment and scalability.Ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security best practices.Required Skills And Experience15+ years of overall software development experience with a strong technical background.Proven hands-on development experience in recent projects.Expertise in Angular, Python, and Java (must have).Working knowledge of .NET frameworks.Strong understanding of AWS (EKS, EC2, S3).Experience delivering end-to-end software solutions from concept to deployment.Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.Experience leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Soft SkillsStrong leadership and interpersonal abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business partners.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.About The CompanyHeadquartered in Leesburg, Virginia, Zenius Corporation is a HUBZone-certified small business.
