Hiring: Experienced Healthcare CEO (Staffing Focus)Total Compensation: $300K (Base + Bonus + Equity)We’re looking for a proven healthcare CEO with deep experience in staffing, scheduling, and multi-site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can stabilize, scale, and professionalize a growing healthcare staffing company.What you need: • Direct experience running or scaling a healthcare staffing company • Strong command of operations, finance, and compliance • Ability to build and manage high-performance teams • Proven track record hitting revenue, margin, and efficiency targets • Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment • Past successful exits in the healthcare staffing space would be a bonus • Experience with RFPs/contract procurement and bidding • Accreditation a bonus but not required if experienced What you’ll lead: • End-to-end operations across staffing, scheduling, and workforce deployment • Strategic planning, financial oversight, and P&L management • Team leadership, accountability systems, and KPI-driven execution • Expansion into new regions and service lines • Strengthening client relationships and service delivery standardsWhat we offer: • Base salary • Performance bonus tied to clear quarterly KPIs • Equity aligned to long-term growth • Total package: $300,000We’re looking for someone who has done this before — someone who knows the playbook, understands the pain points, and can drive results from day one.
