About the Company: We are a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI) based in Vilnius, operating under the supervision of the Bank of Lithuania. Our mission is to deliver innovative, secure, and compliant payment solutions across Europe. As we continue to scale, we seek a highly experienced CFO to join our executive team and shape the financial strategy of our growing fintech business. ResponsibilitiesLead all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with Lithuanian and EU regulations.Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support business growth and scalability.Oversee cash flow management, capital structure optimization, and resource allocation to maintain financial stability and support expansion.Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to the Board, CEO, and regulatory authorities.Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks, maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness.Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Engage with external stakeholders, including auditors, investors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure transparency and financial integrity.Requirements:Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in an Electronic Money Institution, fintech, or regulated financial services environment.Strong expertise in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting within a regulated sector.In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian and EU financial regulations, including EMI-specific compliance requirements.Demonstrated ability to manage financial risks and implement effective control measures.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills, with experience managing finance teams.Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audienceProficiency in financial management software and reporting toolsWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.Opportunity to shape the financial future of a dynamic, fast-growing fintech company.Collaborative and innovative work environment in the heart of Vilnius.Hybrid work model and flexible working arrangements.Career growth and professional development opportunities.
