About Our Client:A recognized award-winning AI companyLocation: Singapore | Hong KongKey Responsibilities:IPO Leadership: Spearhead all aspects of the company's preparation for an initial public offering (IPO), serving as the key architect of the financial strategy and roadmap.Strategic Finance: Partner with the CEO and Board to define corporate strategy, providing financial insights and analysis to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion.Capital Markets & Investor Relations: Act as the primary liaison with investment banks, auditors, legal counsel, and investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with the financial community.Financial Operations: Oversee all global financial operations, including FP&A, treasury, tax, accounting, and internal controls, ensuring robustness and scalability.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global finance team across multiple regions.Requirements:Hongkong IPO Experience: A proven and successful track record of taking a company through a full IPO lifecycle on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). This is a mandatory requirement.Elite Academic Credentials: An outstanding academic background from a top-tier university.
