About the CompanyThe Head of Finance / Finance Director will lead all financial operations, strategy, and reporting activities across international markets. This role partners closely with senior leadership on corporate finance, investment, and growth initiatives, ensuring strong governance, control, and financial discipline across the group.ResponsibilitiesLead corporate finance, FP&A, and group consolidation activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Oversee capital raising, investor relations, and strategic partnership initiatives to support renewable energy growth.Manage liquidity planning, project financing, and tax structuring in collaboration with external advisors.Develop and implement internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting frameworks.Partner with executive management to drive efficiency, automation, and system enhancements across finance functions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA / ACCA / CA preferred.15+ years’ finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors.Proven track record in corporate finance, fundraising, and cross-border financial management.Strong technical knowledge in FP&A, consolidation, and compliance across international markets.Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills with a strategic, hands-on approach.
