The CFO will oversee the organization's financial planning, financial reporting, and the preparation of financial statements. Responsibilities include managing the company’s financial health, directing budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for financial growth and sustainability. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial ReportingStrong foundation in Finance and Analytical SkillsProven leadership skills to manage teams and influence organizational strategiesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication capabilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is highly preferredUnderstanding of real estate industry finances is considered a plus
