Echelon is dedicated to helping individuals lead healthier lives through innovative fitness solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Finance based out of one of our offices in Stuart, FL; Chattanooga, TN or Orlando, Florida. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, provide strategic guidance, and deliver insights to enhance the company's financial health and decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This leader will drive the company’s financial strategy, analyze trends, and support executive decision-making with accurate and timely data.QualificationsExperience in Product and/or subscription business.Proficiency in Financial Planning and extensive knowledge of FinanceExperience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and overseeing Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and trendsProven leadership abilities in managing finance teams and overseeing budgetary processesFamiliarity with industry best practices and regulatory compliance in financial reportingBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in fitness, wellness, or related industries is a plus
