Location: Flexible (East Coast preferred) | HybridWe’re partnering with an emerging investment platform that’s spinning out from an established network-backed venture group. The team is launching a $10–15M pilot fund focused on late-stage private investments and secondary opportunities, with plans to scale a larger vehicle over time.We’re seeking a seasoned investor or investment professional who thrives on building from the ground up and wants to shape both strategy and portfolio construction. This role is ideal for someone who:Has spent their career in public markets, hedge funds, or private investing, and is looking to leverage that experience in a more entrepreneurial environment.Is skilled at research, portfolio analysis, and sourcing unique deal flow across growth and late-stage private companies.Brings strong judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a network that supports thoughtful capital deployment.May not come from an early-stage VC background, but has a deep understanding of business fundamentals, valuation, and market dynamics.You’ll work directly with the founding team to develop the fund’s investment strategy, evaluate deals, and help shape the next phase of growth.If you’re motivated by building something new, combining rigorous research with creative capital allocation, and want to play a hands-on role in shaping a next-generation investment platform — we’d love to connect.
