We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Chief of Staff – Operations to partner closely with our Head of Operations in driving operational excellence, business efficiency, and cross-functional alignment across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and new business initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Strategic Support & Business AlignmentWork directly with the COO to track business priorities, OKRs, and operational KPIs.Translate business goals into actionable projects, ensuring alignment across operations, finance, and commercial teams.Support in planning and monitoring key strategic initiatives such as supply chain expansion, cost optimization, and ERP implementation.2. Process Improvement & EfficiencyIdentify process bottlenecks and design solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.Lead documentation and process mapping across operations functions (Procurement, Warehousing, Dispatch, Demand Planning, etc.)Drive the implementation of ERP and automation projects, ensuring adoption and data integrity.3. Project Management & ReportingBuild and manage dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports for leadership reviews.Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely completion of projects and escalations are resolved quickly.Monitor key metrics such as OTIF, cost per order, and fulfillment accuracy to ensure data-led decision-making.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between Operations, Finance, Commercial, D2C, and Supply Chain teams to streamline communication.Prepare review decks, business updates, and operational insights for internal and external stakeholders.Support leadership in audit readiness, business reviews, and vendor alignment initiatives.5. Business Partner to Head of OperationsAnticipate information and decision needs of the operations team; prepare analysis, briefs, and recommendations proactively.Act as the execution arm for special projects and directives.Help shape organizational rhythm — reviews, ops huddles, business cadence, and reporting discipline.Work on all sections of the operations team. WHAT YOU WILL BRING3-4 years of experience in operations, strategy, supply chain, or business program management roles (preferably in FMCG, D2C, or consumer-tech).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and basic ERP tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Strong organizational skills and comfort with managing multiple projects simultaneously.High ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.NICE TO HAVE SKILLSPrior exposure to ERP implementations (NetSuite, SAP, or Zoho).Experience working directly with senior leadership or founders.Understanding of D2C supply chain, e-commerce logistics, and cost optimization levers.WHY TO JOIN USYou’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — shaping how operations scale for a fast-growing food brand.
