Structure must now match ambition.RoleWe are hiring a Chief of Staff to improve execution quality across the company.This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through.The CEO should not be tracking small tasks, writing follow-up notes, or chasing updates. You will build the systems that prevent that.This is a hands-on operator role.ResponsibilitiesConvert CEO priorities into clear, documented execution plansBuild and maintain initiative trackers and dashboardsRun leadership meeting structure (agenda, notes, action tracking)Ensure every major initiative has clear ownership and deadlinesFollow up consistently until outcomes are deliveredIdentify execution gaps and fix them earlyDrive high-priority projects independentlyYou are accountable for execution discipline.Candidate Profile6-12 years in strategy, consulting, operations, or high-growth environmentsExtremely structured and detail-orientedStrong analytical and financial literacyClear, concise communicatorComfortable working directly with a CEOHigh ownership mindsetDoes not wait to be told what to doWe are looking for an excellent operator.Working ExpectationsProfessional-level EnglishAt least 6 hours daily overlap with US Central TimeResponsive during working hoursComfortable in a high-accountability environmentIf you are structured, disciplined, and execution-focused - apply.Send your resume and a brief video outlining you interest and one complex initiative you led end-to-end.
