Job Description:Jefe Oficina técnica Resumen del cargoEl/la Jefe/a de Oficina Técnica lidera el aseguramiento técnico–contractual del proyecto, administrando la documentación, el control de cantidades/costos (cubicaciones, EEPP) y la coordinación interdisciplinaria entre ingeniería, construcción y mandante, para cumplir calidad, plazo y presupuesto. Objetivo del cargo (en simple)Asegurar la correcta interpretación y aplicación de planos, EETT y contrato; mantener una gestión documental trazable; fortalecer el control económico (metrado, valorizaciones, EEPP y cambios); y articular técnicamente a terreno, programación y administración para un avance verificable y aceptable para ITO/mandante. Responsabilidades claveDirigir la OT implementando un sistema ordenado, auditable y con flujos claros de revisión/aprobación y gestión de interfaces. Gestionar documentación técnica (planos, RDI/consultas, cambios, instructivos, registros, as-built) con control de versiones y trazabilidad. Elaborar y controlar cubicaciones/metrado para valorizaciones, subcontratos, compras y control económico, alineado a contrato y avance real. Administrar EEPP/estados de pago y variaciones (órdenes de cambio, obras adicionales/extraordinarias), con respaldo técnico y conciliación de cantidades. Apoyar planificación y control de avance físico, coordinando frentes, restricciones y ruta crítica junto a terreno y administración. Coordinar especialidades y subcontratos para asegurar compatibilización, constructibilidad y resolución preventiva de interferencias/cambios. Asegurar cumplimiento de calidad mediante procedimientos, autocontrol, evidencias y registros conforme a exigencias del mandante/ITO. Planificar cierre documental y entrega as-built, asegurando completitud y calidad de entregables finales. Funciones críticas del rolDefinir la estrategia de control OT: codificación, responsables, calendario de entregables y mecanismos de control técnico/contractual. Validar EEPP y valorizaciones antes de envío, asegurando consistencia contractual y respaldos (planos, protocolos, mediciones). Liderar reuniones de interfaz, matrices de compatibilización y acuerdos formalizados (actas/minutas). Asesorar a Administración/Residente en respuestas técnicas, reclamos, desviaciones y proyección de costo final (EAC). Impulsar uso disciplinado de BIM/4D/5D cuando aplique, para coordinación, mediciones y trazabilidad. Requisitos excluyentesFormación: Ing. Civil / Construcción Civil / Ing. en Construcción. Experiencia: ≥10 años en construcción/infraestructura, idealmente como Jefe OT o equivalente, en proyectos complejos (metro/ferroviario deseable). Herramientas: Excel avanzado; AutoCAD; gestión documental/CDE (p. ej., SharePoint). Deseable MS Project/Primavera y BIM (Revit/Navisworks/IFC). Conocimientos clave: lectura experta de planos/EETT; cubicaciones; EEPP; control de cambios; control documental; coordinación interdisciplinaria. Deseable: nociones ISO 9001 (calidad) e ISO 45001 (SST), cursos en contratos, EEPP y cubicaciones. Seize the challenge. Move the world together!
