In short, we’re a full-stack RevOps implementation partner that installs full cycle turnkey selling systems for our clients.Position OverviewThis role is for a Revenue Performance & Call Intelligence VA, a mission-critical position responsible for turning raw sales conversations into structured insights that directly fuel coaching, performance management, and revenue outcomes.You will operate as the connective tissue between our sales calls and our performance systems. On a defined cadence, you will pull call recordings and transcripts per sales rep, run them through our existing call analysis playbooks, SDR talk tracks, Success Plans, and AI-powered frameworks, and deliver clean, structured insights for leadership review and implementation.This is not a passive admin role.
