Job Overview:The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is the core leader of the company's product strategy and innovation, responsible for the overall planning, design, development, market positioning, and commercialization of products. This position requires deep user insight, strategic thinking, and cross-departmental leadership, enabling the building of a competitive product ecosystem in a rapidly changing market, driving long-term growth and brand value enhancement for the company. The CPO typically reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the CTO, CMO, and CRO.Key Responsibilities:I. Product Strategy and Vision PlanningDevelop the company's product strategy and long-term development direction, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.Define product vision, positioning, and market strategy, driving product innovation and differentiated competition.Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, providing strategic decision-making support to senior management.II. Product Lifecycle ManagementOverall responsibility for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to design, development, testing, launch, and iterative optimization.Establish a scientific product roadmap to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.Oversee the formulation and implementation of product pricing strategies, business models, and profit plans.III. Team Building and LeadershipLead the product management, user experience (UX/UI), and market research teams, promoting efficient collaboration.Recruit and develop top product managers and design talent, building a team culture that emphasizes both innovation and execution.Manage product team performance through a KPI/OKR system, motivating continuous innovation and growth.IV. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Resource IntegrationWork closely with the technology (CTO), marketing (CMO), sales (CRO), and operations (COO) teams to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies.Promote a data-driven decision-making culture, facilitating a closed loop between customer feedback, market data, and product iteration.Lead the review and prioritization of major projects, balancing innovation and feasibility.V. Customer and Market OrientationDeeply understand customer needs and pain points, ensuring product solutions have real market value.Participate in key customer communications and marketing activities to enhance product influence and brand recognition.Monitor product performance and user satisfaction, developing timely optimization strategies. Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA or equivalent management education is preferred.Work Experience:10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management position (e.g., VP of Product or Director).Practical experience in successfully building and commercializing products.Experience in FinTech, SaaS, AI, blockchain, or digital platform products is preferred.Professional Skills:Proficient in product strategy, business model design, and full product lifecycle management.Deep understanding of User Experience (UX), data analysis, and product growth models.Skilled in cross-departmental coordination and decision-making, with a strong results-oriented and innovative spirit.Familiar with modern product management systems such as Agile, Lean Product, or OKR.
