China Export Head

该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 领导和管理团队为出口订单业务研究、评估和建议成功的产品解决方案，提供售前技术支持及咨询沟通，包括但不限于技术交流、解决方案撰写、产品演示等； Lead and manage team to research, evaluate and recommend successful product solutions for export orders, provide pre -sales technical support & consultation, including but not limited to technical communication, product demonstration, demand analysis, solution design, etc.; 2. 为公司海外客户提供技术策略、技术方案、选型方案优化及确认，领导和监督重要销售项目的技术咨询与执行； Provide technical strategies and solutions to company overseas customers, including selection and optimization, lead and monitor the technical consulting and implementation of company major projects; 与国际关键客户对接中国区域的商务相关事宜；支持和开发国际关键客户在中国区域的相关业务； Be the local presence in front of the international key account customer commercially; 4. 领导制定和评估团队技术能力标准，提升团队技能水平； Lead to set up and evaluate the technical competence standard of the team, improve the skill level of the team; 5. 管理团队，优化内部业务流程，提高出口订单和物流处理效率，解决并处理紧急或复杂的问题，确保订单信息准确和及时交货； Manage the team to optimize internal business process, improve orders and logistics processing efficiency, deal with & solve the emergent or complex problems to ensure the accuracy of order information and product timely delivery; 6. 对接德国总部，核对确认出口订单文件和相关信息，管理团队及时处理、跟踪和维护订单，确保信息准确；Connect with the Hamburg, check and confirm export order documents and relevant information, manage the team to process, track and maintain the order data timely to ensure the accuracy of the information; 7. 根据客户实际需求跟踪并协调内部物料、生产进度，及时跟进出口订单状况，与德国总部协调并处理交期问题； Track and coordinate internal materials and production schedule according to customers' actual requirement, timely followed up the status of export orders, coordinate and handle delivery issues with Hamburg; 8. 审核出口产品价格，确保团队及时准确维护出口产品成本、分析价格/利润、核算并更新产品定价；Review the product price for export price, ensure the team timely & accurately maintain product cost, analyze price/profit margins, calculate and update product price; 9. 管理和协调出口产品的入库、发货、出口报关、物流运输安排以及到期账款的催收，监管和控制库存数量 Manage and coordinate the warehousing, delivery, export declaration, logistics and transportation arrangement of export products and collection of due accounts, supervise and control the inventory; 10. 完成其他交办的工作。 Other duties as assigned. 任职要求： 制冷、暖通或工程专业本科及以上学历Bachelor degree or above in Refrigeration ,HVAC, Engineering 英语熟练，口语较好Proficient in English，good oral English 精密空调或机械行业10年以上相关经验 Over 10 years working experience inHVAC , machinery or related industry 熟悉AutoCAD 等制图软件，熟悉销售管理业务流程及出口订单管理，具有CRM和SAP系统管理经验 Familiar with AutoCAD, familiar with sales management business process and export order management. Experience in CRM and SAP system management 优秀的沟通及谈判能力，善于处理跨部门及跨公司之间的沟通及协调，优秀的团队管理及领导能力 Excellent communication and negotiation skills, Good at communication and coordination between inter-departments and inter-companies, excellent team management and leadership skills.
